A BIT ABOUT ME...

I’ve spent two decades working at the intersection of music, technology and change, helping shape what comes next.

I was CEO of Napster through an ownership change. At SoundCloud, I was Global Head of Music, working on how the platform connected artists and fans.

Before that, I started at EMI, working across its artist roster, before moving to Warner Music. I was EVP of WEA, Warner’s global artist and label services business, and launched Firepit Tech, the company’s global innovation and technology hub. I worked across digital, innovation and transformation as the music industry was changing at pace.

Over the years, I’ve worked on campaigns and digital strategy for artists including Coldplay, Kylie Minogue, Gorillaz, The Chemical Brothers and deadmau5, among many others.

Music and technology have kept changing throughout my career. From the rise of streaming and social media to Web3 and now AI, I’ve worked through major shifts in how music is made, discovered, consumed and connected to audiences.

Billboard named me a Power Player two years running. I’ve spent my career working with ambitious people, challenging how things are done and helping build what comes next.

Let’s chat.
